About the position
Perido is looking for a supply chain coordinator for our client, a world-leading supplier of power solutions, who manufactures boat engines and industrial engines. You will be working from the office based in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
In this role, your focus will be to plan/manage sales orders and to solve order cases together with front office, production units and warehouses. We expect you to deliver excellent performance in the operation in accordance with our customer promises. Your responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
Plan and manage sales orders to meet our customers’ requested delivery times.
Monitor and administrate order in various order processes
Manage and solve order cases from the customer/market unit/warehouse/production within the global supply chain network.
Manage order backlogs from productions units and warehouses and timely inform order delays to Front Office.
Monitor inbound shipments to local warehouse.
Act proactively and initiate corrective actions based on available information, to provide a high delivery precision to customers.
Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities together with Front Office, Process and Solution working group, warehouses and productions units focusing on supply chain delivery precision

2-year previous experience from a similar role
Good knowledge in MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment until 32/12/2022, start 23/05/2022.
