Supply Chain Manager(SCM)

The company mainly focus on seven industries, including Lithium-ion battery, Photovoltaic, 3C, storage and logistics systems, automobile，fuel cell and Laser. Currently, LEAD China has 570,000+ square meters for manufacturing and R&D, an international team of around 15000+ employees worldwide, including 5,000+ R&D engineers.
In 2020, the Swedish subsidiary Lead Intelligent Equipment (Sweden) AB was founded in Västerås. We are now looking for a Project Material Controller to join the Swedish subsidiary team to support our business operation.


Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supply chain process improvement, logistics layout, design of material flows and customs clearance and international transportation of materials, documentation of the entire process and ensuring logistics management；
Participate in production and sales coordination and develop material sourcing strategies based on brand sourcing strategies to continuously optimize inventory turnover for the Group and suppliers；
Evaluate the whole inventory stock at the same time base on the sales forecast and orders to make the material requirement planning as per production schedule；
Set the inventory KPI, improve inventory turnover
Analysis the IQR and over 12+months inventory and improve IQR rate



To be successful in the role you have:
M.Sc. or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or from similar fields
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experience such as Operations
Strong analytical skills, a high sense of responsibility and good organizational skills.
Result-orientated personality with a solution-focused approach and ability to handle complex dynamic situations
High level of stress resistance and willing to take on challenges.
Passion for the manufacturing industries and willingness to work on site.
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese. Swedish and other languages is considered a merit
