Support Engineer / Help Desk MedHand International AB, founded in 2001, is a world class leader as a provider of electronic medical reference material.MedHand International AB operates out of central Stockholm and has a sales and marketing team in London.Dr Companion is a mobile medical tool for medical professionals.Its compilation of medical reference literature in digital form has been used world wide for over six years and quickly becoming the industry standard for mobile medical references.As a new technology provider there is a high demand for support and help desk availablility to assist and troubleshoot user problems or mis-understandings effectively.It is important that users get past these problems and start using the product as quickly as possible.Description: Your main duties will include front line support/help desk queries over email, telephone and in person (within office) to assist users with product activation and usage.This communication can occur in English or Swedish, depending on the location of the user.You will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of user documentation and assist and manage in-house testing of the product.Future opportunities are available for the right candidate.Qualifications: - fluent in English and Swedish languages (oral and written) - at least 1 years' experience with support/help desk environments - familiarity with Windows and/or Mac OS X operating systems - familiarity with computer networking concepts Desirable: - bachelor or equivalent degree in a computer related field - experience with portable handheld devices - experience with word-processing software such as Microsoft Office Personality: - willing to learn new things - you have a positive attitude towards people, work and life - ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively Want to know more?
