We are looking for a talent acquisition executive with experience from full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an international and fast-paced environment. In this role you’ll be responsible for the entire Nordics region, where you will play an important role in Philip Morris International’s success, ensuring that they attract, engage and hire the very best people to drive their vision.

Responsibilities
Are you inquisitive and self-driven? Is the candidate experience of the great importance to you? If the answer is yes, join Philip Morris as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Executive for Nordic countries! You will run the recruitment processes providing sourcing, assessment and market expertise to the hiring managers.

In this role you will: 
Directly source candidates using LinkedIn, career page and other channels and occasionally handle external recruitment agencies.
Create and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver an outstanding candidate & employee experience.
Be responsible for Induction and  Onboarding processes for new joiners and continuously improve the process.
Support building on recruitment culture by experimenting with new tools, methods and approaches on sourcing and assessments.
In line with the global strategy, co-create, develop and independently deploy employer branding activities for the Nordic countries to increase Employer Brand awareness.
Consult and train hiring managers on interviewing & assessment topics 
Lead various projects related to recruitment and employer branding (onboarding, referrals, employer certifications, etc.).
Be a part of Talent Acquisition, People & Culture cluster and regional community.


Working hours
Full time during office hours, with the possibility for flex. You will work remotely as well as from the office located in Stockholm or Copenhagen. 

This is a permanent employment with a six (6) months probationary period with Philip Morris International. Start as soon as possible. 

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
You’ll be an experienced (agency and/or in-house) recruiter who loves filling roles and delivering a great candidate experience. You’ll be passionate about people, getting to know what motivates them, and be an expert in assessing their skills and capabilities.
You’ll have worked in a fast paced and agile business previously and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, having worked in partnership with hiring managers of all levels in previous roles. 
You‘ll posess a strong  local market knowledge, specifically around attraction techniques and channels.
You’ll have experience of working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accurate reporting and delivering a seamless recruitment process. Ideally you’ll have made use of psychometric testing and assessment tools including video interviewing.
Full professional proficiency in English and one Nordic language is important for this role.
