Talent Acquisition Partner to Electrolux

Academic Work is on behafe of Electrolux looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them at their Global HQ in Stockholm.

OM TJÄNSTEN
You will be part of an international team of engaged Talent Acquisition Partners who advise business managers on how to find, attract and assess talents that match the culture and organization. You will be working towards our Group Finance Function and in close collaboration with stakeholders and will be part of developing the TA function towards outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at our client’s company. The assignment will be full time with start in May.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Talent acquisition partner, you will influence stakeholders by recruiting future talent and be the expert in your area. You will partner with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners and drive the requisition process from start to end. You will conduct interviews and assessment of candidates and train our Hiring Managers in talent acquisition strategy.

On the basis of your market expertise and analyses, you will advise and influence business decisions. In order to attract potential talents, you will identify and evaluate new recruiting events that will drive brand awareness and strengthen talent pipeline based on hiring needs.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* An academic degree or equivalent in economics or HR
* Several years experience of a similar role as an inhouse recruiter or recruitment consultant
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken

It is considered as a great advantage if you:


* have experience of working with finance recruitments
* Speak Swedish or Italian
* built a large personal network over the years
