OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is looking for a TA coordinator on behalf of our client who is a music streaming company. This is an exciting role in a company with great organizational culture.

This is a consultant assignment of 6 months with a chance to get hired. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at our client’s company. The assignment will be full time and they are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the role you will support the recruiters and managers with scheduling interviews at multiple stages in the recruitment process and ensure the best possible candidate experience.

You will schedule interviews across multiple locations and regions, both in Europe and the US. This means a high level of complexity in the puzzle of making the times work for everyone. You will also ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in our clients ATS.

* Comfortable performing any administrative and support tasks related to recruitment and HR
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills


This is a high pace, high volume role with interactions with hundreds of people. Communication, clarity, setting expectations and ensuring delivery is very important. In this role, you will communicate with external candidates and internal people, which requires very strong communication skills.
