During this assigment will you be hired by Wrknest and work as a consultant.

Assignment description

You will be part of a mixed team of TA Specialists, TA Coordinators and Talent Sourcers who work together to bring into our client the best talent for the Design Competence. You will own and drive sourcing for a variety of key roles within our pipeline. Your purpose will be to reach out and engage with the best talent that will help our client develop in this hyper growth stage. You will have international exposure and you will engage with candidates at a global level.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Your core focus is to uncover highly passive exceptional talent within Product Design, UX Writing and UX Research spaces by using creative research and out-of-the-box approaches such as networking, websites dedicated for professionals in the industry, social media, contact lists, referrals, advanced Boolean strings in various search platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter as well as any other alternative techniques. You will work closely with your team members and hiring managers to develop strategies to engage with relevant candidates, and will own the top to mid-funnel including preliminary selection stages.

You will be responsible to create long term sourcing strategies to find engage or nurture mid
career and senior talent; create strategies around referral campaigns and measure
outcomes

Screen portfolios and resumes, interview candidates and run them through the initial stages
of the recruitment process.

Regularly track pipeline progress to share with internal stakeholders.

Who you are

As a Talent Sourcer, you play a key role in the growth of the Design team.
You are passionate and curious about searching and initiating contact with
talent. You are ready to identify unique and original ways to reach out to
potential candidates.

You have 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting end to end or sourcing, agency
or in-house) in non-traditional talent sourcing with the aim to target the relevant talent.
Very good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and its capabilities.
Ability to engage and activate passive candidates.
Preferably you have previous experience in recruiting Product Designers, UX Researchers
and UX Writers of various levels of seniority and in various markets.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

You'll be part of a mix of TA Coordinators and TA Specialists working side by side with
our Design, UX Writing or UX Research Leads to identify and hire the best
future colleagues. They work hard and they help each other. They brainstorm
together and they collaborate to deliver the best results. They are happy to
