Academic Work is looking for a Technical Customer Support to our client Worldline. Worldline are a part of the Atos-concern with 120 employees working in Stockholm, England and USA; we are now looking for a new employee for their Client Support-department in Stockholm. In the Stockholm-office, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot from your colleagues in an ambitious working environment. This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Worldline. The intention from Worldline is that they will offer you a permanent employment, given that all parts are satisfied with the cooperation.

A person with:
* A relevant academic education/work experience


* Experience and good knowledge in working in Windows-environment and the Microsoft Office-package
* Driven and structured personality with high ambitions


In addition to this, we will be even more interested if you have previous experience within E-Commerce, banking or administration.

We believe that you are a curious and comfortable in learning new systems. Further, you have an ability to handle several work task simultaneously and you can work with a great overlook at your workflow, but also with more focus on details. Furthermore you have a good structure in your work, you can drive your work forward by yourself and you have high ambitions. You have the ability to communicate with different types of people and you see yourself as a social and service minded person.
