Technical Documentation Specialist

NYX Gaming Group is an international public company with corporate headquarters located in Las Vegas and with development centers in Stockholm and Sydney.

What we do
As our Technical Documentation Specialist, you will have an important and central role in the client team where we develop new and fun games for the global e-gaming market. We develop all sorts of games, from the bestselling Swedish Triss scratch ticket, to white label game clients with localization support for any language and market, like the Betsson Bingo.
We have a large number of highly esteemed customers like Svenska Spel, Svenska Postkodlotteriet, Bingolotto, La Francaise De Jeux, Staatsloterij, Resorts Casino NJ as well as many others. Our job is to make sure to deliver games for all of our customer?s needs.
Our main game types include Bingo, Scratch Tickets, Probability Games and Casino Games. We do everything from game design to illustration, animation, development and documentation.
Your role will be to take care of the documentation process during each project, from the first game requirements, to the deployment instructions, making sure that everyone in the project understands what needs to be done, and that the final product will meet expectations.

You have no problem delivering the documentation in good time, every time.

Must haves include:
- You have a technical background, like a degree, certification or professional experience from the IT business.
- You love to simplify complex and abstract technical concepts into documents that are easy to read and easy to understand.
- You have excellent language skills in both English and Swedish and create well structured and informative text in both English and Swedish.
- You are structured and thorough.
- You are service minded.
- You are a team player.

The awe factor (Meritorious knowledge to have)
- You have previous experience from the e-gaming business.
- You know how to create illustrations to your documents that follows our design guidelines.
- You speak Russian.
