Are you an innovative and technical oriented person with experience from working internationally driving projects within alignment and standardisation? We are searching for a Technical and Innovation Manager to our newly created global Function.
Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility management services worldwide, for optimizing our real estate footprint and for providing safe, inspirational and efficient workplaces that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.
The position will report to the Corporate Director Facility Management.
As the Technical and Innovation Manager you will work for the global organization. The main responsibility is to develop with the suppliers, routines, standards, tools and processes for how hard services are delivered to Tetra Pak globally. E.g. preventive/predictive maintenance within Facility Management. Together with our global suppliers, set standards, structure for compliance within fire safety, environment and electrical regulations.
You will collaborate with different departments and areas internally and externally building networks to be able to work with change management.
What you will do
·        Develop technical blueprint with suppliers
·        Develop strategy for compliance
– Regulations, policies etc.
·        Monitor and maintain standards of solution
·        Interact with Tetra Pak Subject Matter Experts to support their strategy
– E.g. Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Global Information Management (GIM)
·        Hard service innovations roadmap and standardization
– Across parties (Suppliers and Tetra Pak)
·        Ensure suppliers monitor and react to Facility Management system results
·        Support suppliers in asset lifecycle and investment strategy
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
Who you are
We are looking for an innovative and technical oriented person with experience from working internationally driving projects within alignment and standardization. We think you have experience from international manufacturing companies. To be successful you have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You are a change agent that can operate in a complex global matrix environment as well as a structured and energetic person.
·        About 5-10 years of work experience in Hard Service Development, Technical management, Maintenance
·        Technical knowledge
·        Stakeholder management
·        Experienced project manager
·        International work experience
·        Excellent command of English, both written and oral
·        University Education
