Trademark Attorney

We are a small team of highly professional colleagues working closely together with Marketing, Communications, Legal & Tax, Trademark Coordinators in more than 40 market companies and a world-wide set of external IP law firms.

Our mission is to work for a strong trademark portfolio and the increase in brand value of the Tetra Pak trademarks.You will be a key player in achieving this.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Advise and prosecute trademark applications
- Enforce the trademarks of Tetra Pak
- Handle domain name matters: policy, registration, renewal, 3rd party requests and dispute resolution
- Carry out training and education to commercial colleagues on trademark matters

You are a strong team player - both through your individual contribution and your openness and willingness to share both your knowledge and the glory of success.Being a good friend of details and having a structured approach makes you excel at the important administrative aspects of trademarks.You are able to think out-of-the box and are committed and enthusiastic about what you do.

You are an Attorney at Law and we believe that you have more than four years of experience working with trademarks.You have excellent communication skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office.You excel at both written and spoken English.
