UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required competence:
-Very good understanding of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.
Good understanding and experience of cloud networking technologies and services.
Good linux as well as scripting skills.
Experience of web/api and application focused networking.
Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experienced in automation, configuration and management of network infrastructure.

Runtime DevOps experience desired
Industry certifications are a plus




About the job:
-Design, implement and test robust network solutions supporting customer service needs.
Providing support during incidents and deployments, occasionally outside of office hours.
Troubleshooting system failures and identifying bottlenecks.
Working with partners to ensure solid end-to-end network implementations.
Looking for ways to improve network security, reliability, performance, automation and cost.
Maintaining and documenting infrastructure, improving monitoring and dashboards.
