Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior User Research Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Conduct research activities, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
Identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate valuable insights that will inform the design of innovative products and services.
Develop personas, user scenarios, and other artifacts that effectively represent our target users.
Cultivate an international network within ITAB to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Generating and validating design concepts.
Collaborating with fellow designers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify product requirements, define project goals, and scope.
Participating in design reviews and contributing to the development of design guidelines and best practices.
Effectively communicating research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders and team members.

What you bring:
Degree in UX design, industrial design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, preferably with a strong focus on user research.
Profound knowledge of research methodologies such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English.
