Then apply right now as Ikano Bank?s B2C division is looking for a Bank Seller, to take over responsibilities of meeting our customers via phone and email and providing them an experience that exceeds their expectations.
This position is based out of Älmhult, and reports to the Team Leader Contact Center.

Key responsibilities -
As a bank seller, your primary responsibility is to communicate with customers via phone and e-mail. Together with your colleagues, you offer our services based on the client's needs and provide adaptive solutions. You contribute actively to drive the business forward from the experience the customer interface gives you. Ikano Bank offers simple and good services on fair terms.

Required skills and qualifications -
We are looking for a responsible, flexible co-worker who has the ability to see the big picture. You have a strong customer focus and a sense of service and a genuine interest in everyday sales and finances. It is an advantage if you have a university degree or equivalent qualification. Knowledge in English and a Nordic language, both written and spoken will be preferred, and the ability to work within Ikano?s values of sense and simplicity.
