Position & Reporting

Head of Business Consulting (Vice President)

This position will be located in Stockholm, Sweden.




Key Tasks and Responsibilities

- Develop successful and effective relationships with senior members of our potential and existing customers

- Develop a business consulting business unit within eBuilder; create business plan, hire staff, lead the team and secure successful growth

- As part of the sales team:

Drive business with new and existing customers, with a focus on influencing our customers strategic agenda and decisions

Create and sell profitable business consulting projects

Be part of setting the overall company direction and business plan

- As part of the Marketing team;

Help drive the Customer care orchestration market and establish eBuilder as the leader within this market

- As part of the delivery team;

Lead and Manage our business consulting projects

Secure profitability

Manage and develop business partnerships that will add value to our business opportunity from a sales channel or project delivery perspective

Performance will be measured on: Creating effective relationships (open discussions with senior executives at target companies), Create & develop opportunities, Close sales, Customer satisfaction/perception, Staff motivation and Business/project profitability.



Your profile

- Experience of Customer care; customer support, aftersales reverse logistics, customer retention, CRM or similar
- Have 10+ years working experience in management consulting
- Have 5+ years of Leadership experience
- Strong target orientation, high energy, entrepreneurial, direct and open-minded approach
- Ability and experience to engage and sell to senior executive
- Experience in project management
- International experience
- Background from high-tech manufacturers, operators or Retail
- Ability to see opportunities and sell/run business transformation projects
- Have very strong skills in driving complex projects and programs in an international environment.
- Managing customer expectation ensuring the project / program is delivered on-time, on-budget and with quality.
- Speaks english/swedish and it is beneficiary if you speak chinese.
