Inside Sales Representative

Hansoft is looking for new members for its Global Customer Success team, to work with bringing our new cloud based team collaboration product Favro to the worldwide market.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with new customers as well as helping existing clients get the most value out of Favro. Among our customers are modern game developers, agile creatives, grown up start-ups, and large global enterprises that want to become more digital and agile in how they organise their business. You will be talking to people in Europe and North America working with product and software development, sales, marketing, IT, and executive management.

This role is part time (60%) with fixed salary and we think that you are a student at one of the universities in Uppsala. As a large number of our customers are in North America, the working hours are during the afternoon and evening. Success in this job is a gateway to more senior full time positions at Team Hansoft when you have graduated.

Responsibilities:



Daily qualification of incoming sales opportunities based on prioritized target communities



Owning opportunities from the first contacts until they convert into paying customers



Supporting customers and guiding them towards best practises in Favro



Driving business discussions with different customer stakeholders (team members, project managers, executives, IT departments etc)



In certain cases helping the rest of the customer success team with other important tasks such as




Assisting Customer Success Managers with prospecting strategic accounts



Communicating with customers about surveys, new product features etc






Job Requirements:



Experience from working successfully with sales - B2B phone sales preferred



Experience from successfully performing on a sales quota



Excellent technical literacy



Strong communication skills, both verbal and written



Fluency in English (Swedish not a requirement)



A doer mentality with a strong drive and an entrepreneurial mindset



You appreciate the possibilities and challenges of a small but growing dynamic entrepreneurial company



You are creative and action-oriented with excellent client ­relationship skills and high business ethics



You are focused, disciplined and have the ability to work and prioritize without specific instruction



You have a team-­oriented mentality. Since you will be operating in a team-oriented environment, the ability to forge and grow relationships and collaborate is critical



You have knowledge of and are curious about project management methodologies



You have probably lived, studied, and worked in more than one country, which gave you an international mindset
