00085943 PLM Trouble shooter for LTE & MS RBS

As a PLM trouble shooter you will be working with 2nd line support in a combined team for LTE & MS RBS Sweden (Linköping and Kista) and India. The products that you will be working with are LTE but also Multistandard RBS. The team is also responsible for site and HW. The main tasks are trouble shooting and analysis.

You will have opportunities to travel on-site for customer support activities since we work in an environment very close to the customer.

You will also work very close with the system management, I&V and design organizations within the PDU.

Qualifications

University education and relevant work experiences are required.

Experience from LTE and preferrably GSM, WCDMA and/or trouble shooting competence (CPP, RNC, RBS) is a must, as is further competence within layer 1 and 2. Other areas which are an advantage are radio, IP trouble shooting, Core (MME, SGW), CDMA 2000, IRAT, upgrades and rollout competence.

I&V experience is also seen as good qualification for the job.
