Job description

We now seek an experienced Total Product Owner to be responsible for our Test Tools development. We are looking a person that are highly interested and experienced working as a Product Owner in an Agile WoW. The role includes collecting requirements from all users of test tools within PDU Platform, converting them to user stories together with the development xFT?s, back-log prioritization and planning together with the development teams. The role will require a lot of interactions with large parts of the PDU and in different sites (Kista, Croatia, Russia, India and China). You need to have strong capabilities to coordinate, prioritize and drive tasks on your own. The actual test tool development is located in China. There are four test tool development xFT?s that you will be responsible for as a TPO.

You will be responsible for activities such as:

- Collecting test tool requirements from xFTs
- Prioritizing different feature teams need towards each other
- Requirements analysis
- Back log prioritization and aligning it to PDU PLF total back-log
- Supporting the development xFTs in defining user stories
- Removing impediments for the test tool development xFTs
- Following up and reporting the test tool status to Program Managers and other stake holders

Qualifications

You should have a B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Communication or equivalent academic degree. You must have previous experience from working as a Product Owner in product development, a Project Manager or as Systems Developer.

Qualification (formal education needed):

- M. Sc. Or B. Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in SW development
- Excellent coordination skills
- Good understanding of Agile WoW
- Good communication skills
- Open minded and analytical capability
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of Telecom Networks

It is also desirable to have:

- Knowledge of PDU PLF test tools such as Loco, JCAT, Coco, TC2X, CBM, BatVali, BatCalc.
- Knowledge of PDU PLF development process.
- Experience from CPP, NCI, RNC, Mgw, RBS and LTE
- Knowledge of the following protocols IP, UDP, RTP, GTP-U, SCTP, RSTP, IPSec, ATM, SS7
