3 positions in Technology & Systems Management Innovation Team within BUSS Development Unit

Business Unit Support Solutions develops software-based solutions to support Ericsson's customers to transform their network, enable and deliver multi-services to their customer's customers. Our solutions consist of Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), Applications enablers as well as M-Commerce.

Within BUSS Development Unit Technology & Systems Management Prototyping Team function we are looking for 3 persons who will form a team to execute on the following responsibilities;

-Responsible for creating rapid prototypes for assisting the Business Unit excel in new areas with new tools/technology
-Responsible for interacting with the BUSS Innovation team to realize prototypes and checking technical feasibility of innovations
-Working in team of 3 with new projects coming in every 8-12 weeks
-Responsible for developing prototypes, from idea to running code
-Write web-based applications

Qualifications:

In order to be a successful candidate for the positions strong demonstrated competence in some areas of responsibilities is a must and you need to have:

-A university degree or equivalent, preferably within Computer Science/Software Engineering
-Excellent Communication skills
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Excellent presentation skills
-Programming experience, Java preferred but not necessary
-Ability to quickly understand new technologies and solutions
-Being able to use outside-in and inside-out perspectives
-A genuine competence and interest in new and applied technology and software engineering coupled with a high degree of business understanding
