Our RBS Software Development unit develops the software that controls and supervises base station functionality, which enables mobile broadband around the world.

We strongly believe that cross functional teams with broad competence including systemization, design and verification are a very good way to achieve high quality products. Our philosophy is that all team members should be able to take part in all phases from very early studies to test on complete systems. As a member of a cross functional team, you will be working with software systemization, design, implementation or verification. This also includes working closely together with system managers, architects and other teams. In addition, you will be working to improve the software development methods and tools in a positive atmosphere.

Our unit has cutting edge competence and has close research cooperation with universities.

The job is located in a pleasant marine environment with a magnificent view over Gothenburg in a top modern facility at Lindholmen Science Park.

You have a solid programming education at bachelor or master level. We mainly develop our products in C++ with test development and environments in Erlang and JAVA, hence competence in these languages is preferred.

Our teams work according to agile and lean principles, experience from this way of working is an advantage.
