17433 - Head of PIM RBS Kista Test Development

Description of organization:

PIM (Product Introduction and Maintenance) RBS is a function within the BNET Supply Radio & Core organization with the full Product Life Cycle Responsibility of Radio products into the supply chain.

By having the complete Product Life Cycle Management responsibility means that the organization is responsible for the performance of the products within the global supply chain through their lifetime.

Responsibility areas of the function include test development, NPI production, inbound material, engineering, projects as well as requirement handling.

Job description

We are now recruiting Head of PIM RBS Kista Test Development.

The test organization which today contains of ~45 employees and consultants works with Agile ways of working and uses design tools like Visual Studio, Clear Case, Cadence and Pro-Engineer.

You will have the responsibility for the Test Development unit within PIM RBS in Kista and you will lead and manage an organization with different working areas and a Leadership Team with several Managers.

The main responsibility is development and global lead of production test solutions for filter products within the RBS family. The organization are also supporting assignments within the Advanced Engineering area related to non-product unique pre-development and coordination of test activities within MBM.

As a leader you are communicative and courageous with focus on high performing teams and motivated people in the organization.

Furthermore you should as a Leader in the Supply organization be open minded, curious and interested in people and our business. Change management and knowledge about Agile ways of working are key areas in this position.

The area production test development contains of many engineering disciplines where your designers will work with SW design HW design (mechanical and electronic), measurement technology, production process design etc. and a close cooperation with other Supply Production Test organizations as well as PDUs is also an important task.
