Overview
Ericsson is creating the future of the Networked Society, where a key building block is Connected Devices. In this space, we have brought to market the Device Connection Platform as a Service (DCP). In order to secure growth for DCP, we are now looking for an experienced sales support professional to help us drive success of the service with key operator partners.
Job Summary
Provide expert sales support related to DCP for with key operator partners, and ensure successful onboarding of enterprise customers. Maintain a continuous dialogue with customers on current and future capabilities of our service to support enterprise deals and business growth. Track and drive key service development items throughout the organization. Support the Regions and Accounts in responding to questions and requirements, and continuously building competence on the service.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Provide business and sales support for selected deals
Manage sales projects and key deals from a BU perspective based on product, services, solutions, technology or domain etc
Contribute to business knowledge transfer for products/services/solutions to and from Regions.

Qualifications & Experience:
Master of Business Administration, Science or similar
Substantial in-field experience from M2M and Connected Devices sales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent
Deep competence in DCPaaS is a must!
Thorough knowledge of assigned area
Experience from working in the field with customers
