26015 - Master System Developer

Business Unit Multimedia develops software-based solutions to support Ericsson's customers to transform their network, enable and deliver multi-services to their customer's customers. Our solutions consist of Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), TV and Applications enablers as well as M-Commerce.

Within the BUSS DU Solution Offering Architecture we are looking for an experienced senior architect and leader. In the role, you will be a direct report to Head of Solution Offering Architecture working closely with two distributed units with architects as well as having frequent interaction with the strategic product management organization and the DU Technology and Systems Management

In the role you are expected to:

- Understand the OSS/BSS business as well as the Ericsson portfolio offered by BNET, BUSS and BUGS being active in driving the the aligned Ericsson portfolio evolution
- Analyze market and customer needs to support with solution sketches and accurate effort estimations.
- Provide high level solutions to integrate Ericsson products with 3rd party or partner products.
- Develop innovative concepts to improve architecture and Ericsson position
- Drive and bridge to BUSS internal communication as well as communication between BUSS, BNET and BUGS
- Explore new technologies, standards and perform competitor analysis

Qualifications

You need to have a University degree or equivalent.

In order to be a successful candidate for this position you should have strong and demonstrated experience in the area of position.

Required competence/experience:

- Excellent knowledge of Ericsson BSS and OSS portfolio
- At least 5 years of experience in regional sales and SI work for Ericsson BSS/OSS portfolio
- At least 2 years of experience working with Ericsson R&D in OSS and/or BSS
- At least 2 years of manager experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent communicative competence and experience
- Abstraction and generalization
- Proven experience with multicultural environments, teamwork and self employed
