Job Summary

Drive or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfillment, secure that consulting projects are fulfilled with quality, in time and within budget. Work closely with the customer to be able to propose improvements and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Smartphones impact on network capacity and performance
- E2E analysis of throughput bottlenecks
- Service Quality- and NW performance improvement
- NW Performance Partnership
- QoS successful introduction and evolution
- Traffic management, multi-layers and multi-RAN evolution
- RAN/TX/Core Optimization and capacity expansion strategies and implementation
- Advanced network monitoring/benchmarking techniques
- Customer and End-user Experience Analysis
- Strategy Consulting on Technology evolution
- Spectrum Re-farming
- Special Events management
- Network Transformation

- Participate in Pre-Sales & Delivery phases of a customer engagement
- Deliver workshops and consulting assignments to customer
- Lead and participate in Solution analysis, design and implement solutions. This may include lead of remote GSC resources
- Act in the CSR and/or CFR role
- Develop the consulting practice capabilities through knowledge sharing, innovation, coaching and mentoring
- Managing customer requirements and expectations


Qualifications and Experience:

- Specified and designed technical solutions in co-operation with customers.
- Recommended and implemented changes in methods, processes and tools within the customer organization
- Experience from driving add on sales and business opportunities throughout the entire sales and delivery process
- Followed up of delivered products and solutions on agreed regular basis with the customers, including life cycle management of implemented customer solutions
- Specialist knowledge of WCDMA & LTE networks, Packet Core/RAN/RF features, functions, signaling and operation, including 3GPP standards.
- Excellent knowledge of UTRAN/eUTRAN, IP, Access Transport Engineering, Traffic Engineering, System hardware, Software releases for WCDMA & LTE RAN nodes and interfaces.
- Advanced knowledge of 3G & 4G HW, network architecture and protocols (TCP/IP, ATM, SS7, etc)
- 10 years solid and successful track record as a Technology Consultant or Solution Architect, in NW Design and NW Performance Improvement delivery
- 5 years experience of leading Consulting, NW design or NW Performance Improvement teams
- Senior knowledge and experience of network planning and optimization tools, such as Planet/Atoll, ECFO, xParameters, SON-OM, TEMS, ITK, EDOS-DP, Moniq, Perfmon, Candi etc, etc
- Senior certified Technology Consultant or SA is meriting
- Fluent in English. Russian and/or a Scandinavian language is meriting
