2nd line (IAM) support in gothenburg

Randstad Technologies are now looking for a 2nd line support technician for one of our clients. Here you will be on a consultant assignment focusing on IT-access management. 


You will work together with the service desk and other expert groups to: 


Support all access management control activities across all IT systems
Ensure that system accesses are maintained in accordance with company policy
Evaluate existing access to ensure access levels remain commensurate with job responsibilities
Conduct regular IT user access reviews across the company

The team is friendly and helpful and the office is situated about a 10 minute bus or tram ride from the Gothenburg central station.

Ansvarsområden
In this position you will be working with identity and access management as well as being:


Responsible for evaluating access management systems to show continued improvements of provision processes and operations
Responsible for measuring, capturing feedback, evaluating and improving quality and performance, including ways of working.
Facilitates dialogue with Service Desk, delivery teams, IT system responsible teams and other internal stakeholders relating to identity and user access management.


Kvalifikationer
To qualify for the position you’ll need to be an experienced IT-support technician with experience in identity and access management. 


You need to have prior experience working with case management systems, preferably ServiceNow. If you also have SAP SD knowledge it is a big plus!


For this position you need to be fluent in English and have good communication skills.

Erfarenhet
Prior experience in IT-support and identity and access management is necessary.
