2nd line support

Description of experience required:

This request is for 4 persons.The assignees will work with 2nd line support for the Windows Client environment in Stockholm Stad.This request is for technicians with a deeper knowledge than the ordinary BO-technician.Workload can be heavy on occassions, this is not an assignment for persons sensitive to stress.

High skills in most or all of the following areas , applicants with skills within the SCCM/Application packeting will be prioritized:
-Windows Client environment
- Active Directory
- Group Policy Objects
- Systems Management Server (SMS) / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Remote Installation Services (RIS) / Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
- Distributed File System (DFS)
- Windows Scripting
- Remote assistance and Remote Desktop Connection
- Previous knowledge from the Volvo IT Windows environment
- Completely fluent in the Swedish language, all communication with customers must be performed in Swedish.
- Very good communication and documentation skills
- Well organized, with an eye for detail
- Very good ability to keep many tasks in the loop
- Very good ability to collaborate in teams as well as being an independent driving force

Assignment context (overall description of the project, or relation to other assignments) :

This request is for 4 persons.The assignees will work with the more complex tasks in the 2nd line support for the Windows Client environment in Stockholm Stad.Cases transferred from our servicedesk to the team will be handled by the team and the technician will have personal contact with the end users.The agreement with Staden includes very strict SLA:s that must be met.From time to time there will be work at evenings and weekends.On occasions there might be work that needs to be performed in Stockholm.
