31219 - Line Manager Supply

PIM (Product Introduction and Maintenance) RBS is a function within the BNET Supply Radio & Core organization with industrialization and maintenance responsibility for Radio products into the supply chain.

To have the complete Product Life Cycle Management responsibility means that the organization is responsible for the performance of the products within the global supply chain through their lifetime. Responsibility areas of the function include test development, NPI (New Product Introduction), production, inbound material, engineering, projects as well as requirement handling.

We are recruiting a manager for the Filter Product Quality & Product Change Management unit within the Filter Supply Product Management department at PIM RBS Kista. The position is located in Kista, Sweden.


Job description

You will manage a team of approximately 12 people responsible for the Global Product Quality and Product Change Management unit. The team is responsible for securing the quality targets for RBS Filters are fulfilled glbally and that product substituations and product change management are performed in an efficient way.

As the Filter Product Quality & Product Change Management Leader, you will have the following general tasks and responsibilities:

- Strategically evolve the operations by actively participate in the PIM RBS Kista Filter Supply Product Management Leadership team
- Be an active member of the cross functional Filter Business Quality Focus Team with a global approach
- Develop the Filter Product Quality & Product Change Management Team and foster a motivating, customer oriented, and challenging work environment
- Secure continuous improvement of ways of working
- Continue to drive the lean implementation in the group and in Filter Supply Product Management Department

Qualifications and competence

- You have strong business understanding, customer focus and skills to combine strategic thinking with operational actions
- You are a driven person with perseverance, courage and an ability to generate energy
- You have good communications skills and you are a relationship builder
- You have skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
- You have the understanding and skills required to work effectively in an international environment
- You have strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson values
- A keen interest in Lean ways of working is an important selection criteria
- You have a university level education in a technically oriented discipline or corresponding appropriate professional qualifications
