Position Summary

The Head of HR Integrated Solutions acts the program lead on behalf of the SVP of HR and the Global SME Heads to deliver integrated HR solutions to all stakeholders.

Working with the annual cycle (for HR, managers, employees), tools, and technology, the incumbent will be responsible for proactively identifying and connecting integration points across HR processes, to deliver integrated HR solutions across all HR SME dimensions.

The role also requires working closely with key business stakeholders (VPs of HR in the region and BUs), to assess issues, propose solutions, and coordinate the various contributions from SME areas. Finally, the H of Integrated Solutions will be expected to plan and drive execution and adoption.

Requires strong program management and influencing skills, strong business savvy to work with key HR and Business Executives, collaboration and communication skills. This role will report to the SVP HR and be a member of the HR staff and GHRLT.
