Arbetsbeskrivning
Responsibilities * Integration of RNC and RXI Maintenance Software Packages * Verification of RNC and RXI Features * Troubleshooting issues encountered during verification, creation of Trouble Reports and verification of solutions * Trouble shooting/analysing issues found in Customer Live 3G Networks to locate faults * On site support to Ericsson Customers to trouble shoot complex faults and support product releases * Assist Design Centres in the reproduction of known software faults * Configuration of RNC and RXI network elements in a real 3G UMTS network including CN (Core Network) and GSM RAN.
