4673 - Head of External Communications

BNET External Communications focuses on efficient and creative external communications to achieve BNETs business objectives and help position Ericsson as a technology leader. Head of External Communications reports to Head of BNET Marketing and Communications and works closely with GF Communications and with BNET Leadership Team. The main areas of responsibility include:

Help in maintaining Ericssons position as the technology leader in media and among financial analysts in close cooperation with GF Communications.

- Create and execute BNETs External Communications plan
- Support strategic content development/message creation towards the target groups media and analysts
- Responsible for news release process in BNET.
- Support BNETs Leadership team in external communications
- Responsible for BNET spokesperson management and support
- Investor and analyst relations interface from BNET
- Drive BNETs Q-report process in cooperation with Head of BNET

Qualification (formal education needed)

- University degree or equivalent training/experience

Required competence

- Inspiring team leader with the ability to energize the External communications team within BU Networks and among the Ericsson organization
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively within the area of communications,
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven track record of performing in a fast moving environment
- Very good understanding of BNETs portfolio
- Experience from coaching senior management in external communications
- Experience from working with media and financial analysts
- Ability to quickly build and enrich relationships with peers across functions at all levels of an organization
- Exceptional communications skills, including inter-personal, writing, and speaking
- Fluent in English, oral and written
