The Global Competence Hub will support all 10 Regions by delivering strategic competence to maximize customer value in selected engagements. An important role will be to support new product and services introductions. It will also serve as a platform to leverage acquisitions globally.

GCH is now looking for a Senior Solution Architect to run the OSS Transformation assignment within Competence Domain OSS and to join its team based in Sweden.

This is a highly visible and pro-active role requiring extremely good inter-personal skills. It will demand extensive interaction with Account Teams and end customer, in order to understand the operator's business issues, and to be able to find opportunities for evolving our solutions. It also demands good networking capabilities.

The major responsibilities in such a role would be:
-Building capabilities and mentoring a team of Solution Architects and preparing them for Transformation assignments. The team need to be a virtual team to cover all aspects in possible Transformation assignments. The team should be able to participate in Pre-Sales activities, Assessments and Program Execution phases.
-Participate and deliver in Transformation programs in the role as Lead Transformation Consultant (LTC), Capability & Benefits Manager (CBM) Program Manager (PgM) and/or Lead Solution Architect.
-Deliver global knowledge Sharing activities:
-Mentoring of the different OSS Transformation roles
-Workshops (Regions)
-Presentations (Different Events)
Perform Centra Sessions
-Enhance OSS Transformation Methodology.
-Understand customer business strategies and the driving forces
-Manage customers' requirements and customer expectations from pre-sales through to the handover stages of the project/program
-Provide leadership and senior competence for local integration teams.
-Identify the impacts and risks as a result of the solution introduction, and recommendations on solution evolution
-Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor the other team members
-Participate in customer workshops, provide solution and technical expertise and deliver solution presentations
-Identify add on sales opportunities via a close cooperation with the customer in the delivery projects and drive business with the customer by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones.
-Interact with customer, 3rd Party suppliers, and other Service Delivery organization

-Minimum University degree
-Very good knowledge of the OSS product portfolio.
-Experience from running Transformation projects in the role as Capability & Benefits Manager, Program Manager or Lead Solution Architect.
-Business Process Management tools and concepts.
-Knowledge and experience from methods to define customer operating processes
-Strong track record in engaging with customers and strong problem solving skills and analytical ability
-Competence in other telecom & datacom areas e.g. WRAN, LTE, EPC, BSS is an advantage
The role may involve international travel with assignments lasting from 1 day to 3+ months depending of business needs.
