Driving and managing execution of BU Marketing Activations /Communications strategies and plans through Marketing Communications Channels Management to ensure Global Services can differentiate from competition.
Manage development and maintenance of BU internal and external online channels and content including Social Media, define measurements for BU Global Services representation online channels to implement Marketing Strategy.
Managing internal and external Brand Strategy implementation and execution in the Business Unit, coordination of other brand activations in Global Services Centers and Services organizations with regions. Act as the focal point in organization in connecting the many ongoing and future activation/programs to the brand strategy.
Manage external Marketing Agencies in the definition and development of creative expressions for BU Global Services Marketing message platform (messages, collaterals, visualizations,) including:
- Definition and scoping of assignments
- Budget negotiation
- Project Management
Representing Ericsson Global Services as Business Builder Generalist in major customer events.

Qualifications:

Excellent track record from previous Marketing and Communication professions
Proven ability to build and execute marketing communication plans that enables us to reach out with a differentiating positioning around the value of Global Services
Excellent skills in planning and executing marketing communication projects incl. large groups of people & activities across organizational & geographical boarders
Solid track record with proven successful results in managing external suppliers & marketing agencies incl. Assignment scoping, negotiation of scope/budget as well as overall project management
Experience from driving change projects across organizational boarders and markets, with proven successful results
Proven ability to independently lead projects & teams to successful results
Proven analytical skills & ability to manage strategic and operational issues w. confidence
Proven ability of building networks and of interaction with senior management both among key customers and internally
In depth knowledge of the Telecom market and the Telecom Services business
In-depth knowledge of the Ericsson portfolio with focus on the services portfolio
In depth knowledge of the Marketing profession & related processes, ways of working
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
Experience from local business working in region/market unit is a clear advantage
