Solution Architect and Integration Engineer for TMA

GCH is now looking for Solution Architects and Integration Engineers for Global Competence Hub OSS for TMA to join its team based in Sweden.

As a Solution Architect and Integration Engineer in GCH OSS for TMA, you will be responsible for the implementation of Ericsson Traffic Monitoring and Analysis solutions.

You will be required to act as the solution lead for implementing and deployments, with a high level of Customer interaction and co-ordination with CSI Solution responsible, regional Competence Centers and the Customer Technical and Marketing Teams. As solution lead you will be responsible to secure that the deliveries of solutions to customers are made in a professional way.

The role may involve travel with assignments lasting from 1 day to 1+ months depending of business needs.

This is a highly visible and pro-active role requiring good inter-personal skills. It will demand interaction with Account Teams and the end customer, in order to understand the operator's business issues, and to be able to find opportunities for evolving our solutions, thereby creating new business. It also demands good networking capabilities. This role is likely to be suited to senior technical persons with end-to-end Technical knowledge of the OSS area, with demonstrable Communication and Consultative skills.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

-Manage customers' requirements and customer expectations from pre-sales through to the handover stages of the project
-Provide leadership and senior competence for local integration teams.
-Identify the impacts and risks as a result of the solution introduction, and recommendations on solution evolution
-Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor the other team members
-Participate in customer workshops, provide solution and technical expertise and deliver solution presentations
-Identify add on sales opportunities via a close cooperation with the customer in the delivery projects and drive business with the customer by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones.
-Develop and run training for customers and Ericsson regional competences.
-Interact with customer and other Service Delivery organization

Qualifications:

You have most of the following:

-Minimum of BE in Engineering or equivalent
-Very good knowledge of the OSS product portfolio.
-Good understanding of the Packet Core and Radio nodes from Ericsson, other vendor are also of interest.
-Complex Event Processing systems knowledge.
-Network Management System experience
-NOC Process analysis and re-engineering exposure
-Business Process Management tools and concepts.
-Web Services architect and design is highly valued
-Strong track record in engaging with customers and strong problem solving skills and analytical ability
-Competence in other telecom & datacom areas e.g. IMS, DPI, WRAN, 3G, LTE, EPC, is advantage
-BUGS Services Engineer certification is advantage
-The role may involve extensive travel with assignments lasting from 1 day to 1+ month.
