• Permission based marketing rather than interruption marketing. We create marketing success by creating great content that deserves the attention of marketers.
• Marketing is about understanding and doing things in a smart and cost efficient way. As a marketing technology company we need the skills to do this in-house - outsourcing marketing work is not standard procedure - that’s why we need a doer - not a buyer.
• Perception is reality and therefore top quality in marketing materials is an absolute must.
• At the end of the day, the most important purpose of the marketing department is to generate quality leads for our sales department at the lowest possible cost per lead.

Experience and skillset:

• Min 5 years work experience focused on digital marketing
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills (English a must, other Nordic language a bonus)
• Min 3 years of managerial experience
• Experience within lead generation
• Experience within content marketing
• Proud to save money and be cost efficient
• Highly cooperative and solution oriented 
• No internal prestige, but very high delivery ambitions
• Comfortable planning and doing on-stage seminar presentations
