The candidate would work in a tea cafe. The candidate should be experienced in Japanese tea ceremony or Chinese tea ceremony, and should be experienced in making Japanese confections or Chinese confections, for example Japanese Wagashi. The candidate should also be familiar with cooking Japanese/Chinese food. It would be favorable if the candidate can speak fluent Chinese or Japanese.
