The IP project is the link between product development and the manufacturing site.There is one IP for every product (mobile phone).Description of duties: The objectives for an IP are; to have feed back on the product design so that the product is producible, to build up a production process that are optimised from cost and technical production perspective, to build up the global production capacity in the factories by multiply the number of production lines.After launch of the product the IP monitor the process so that the product is produced with high production yield and at the expected quality level, throughout its lifetime. Since parts of our partners are external companies you will act as the window and coordinate the contact between R&D and factory/partners.As a member of the Project Office your assignments can differ from time to time.You can manage the total IP or manage a sub project in it.It can also be IP in the high volume phase, which might be transferred from one site to another or just maintained.The projects can also be non-product related such as implementing new production technology. We have partners in: Sweden, China, Malaysia, USA, Japan, Brazil and Mexico.The job require some travel.Qualifications: .The person must have a clear leader as well as production profile .Project Manager experience .Production and Supply chain knowledge .A university degree in engineering or similar .The ability to network in a global environment .Quality oriented .Ability to work independently If you think this position is interesting, you are welcome to send your application!
