Sony Ericsson s IPR-Department focuses on protection, acquisition and creating of Intellectual Property Rights and any relevant agreement or negotiation in relation thereto, such as patent- and software licenses, trademark and design protection, content agreements and IPR Litigations. Place of position is in Lund, Sweden. Description of duties: IPR Legal Counsel with experience from IPR Litigations mainly in Europe, but also on a global perspective. Skilled at drafting and negotiating any IPR Agreements for local legal support, but also on a global basis in collaboration with both internal and external clients. Must have team spirit, and global mindset. The position will require some travelling mainly in Europe and to the US to meet with colleagues at the IPR Department in RTP. Qualifications: . Master of Laws (Juris kandidatexamen, 180 poäng) . Very skilled negotiator . Fluent in English both in writing and orally . Previous IPR-experience and very familiar with patent, trademark and copyright laws . Litigation experience - preferably German patent law . Experience on how to work with and lead external counsel . Open minded to change, new challenges and new knowledge . Takes responsibility and has the ability to share information with colleagues . Collaborative and oriented to find solutions to potential problems . Takes ownership and initiative . Team spirit . Knowledge about Telecom Business preferred .
