GSC Automotive Sweden is a Robotics unit developing and delivering Functional modules & products to mainly automotive customers globally.
As Local Site Manager you will be responsible for the operations in Mölndal and in close collaboration with the team in Olofström.
The GSC is located at two sites in Sweden, Mölndal and Olofström.
This position reports to Business Manager - Portfolio.
Your responsibilities
Responsibility for the local organization and facilities
Motivation support for employees to achieve or even exceed targets
Maintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results
Assessing risks and safety hazards and implementing plans to ensure people and equipment safety
Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determining actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources
Ensuring that the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Ensuring competence development and talent growth within the team
Operating and supporting in daily business within the organization

Your background
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience in management or project management experience, working as similar positions
Sound knowledge of industrial automation and/or electrification applications
Understanding of ABB Financial Systems (desirable)
Swedish and English advanced level
Availability to travel
