Poolia PRESENTATION Shared Services Center Stockholm provides value-added administrative support to Ericsson companies and business units in Sweden, enabling them to focus on their core business. By combining knowledge and skills in the areas of accounting, travel, HR and general administration, Shared Services Stockholm simplifies administrative processes and makes them more efficient. The center holds about 450 people, the majority of whom are in Stockholm, but it also has offices in Mölndal and Kumla. This position is based in Sundbypark, Stockholm We are now looking to recruit a new graduate with great potential to complete our team of HRMS Administrators. ARBETSUPPGIFTER You will update the HRMS, Human Resource Management System, (HR module in SAP) with information regarding employees and consultants in change requests sent from the line organization. You will also provide HRMS reports and be part of second-line support to HR Direct (service desk). You will handle company/unit reorganizations in HRMS. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET You must have an academic degree in HR (or equivalent), preferably with some focus on systems: HR/IT. You should be fluent in English and have some experience working with HR-related issues. Experience with SAP will be a great advantage. To fit well into our organization, you should be flexible and open-minded. Preferably, you will be service-minded and have customer focus. Ericsson experience will be an advantage.
