We are looking for curious problems solvers with backgrounds within software engineering, data science, systems engineering, digital infrastructure, or similar who are early in their career – either fresh graduates or those who have a few years of job experience – the importance is the love for engineering, its innovation and impact it can have on the business and the future of IKEA!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You will be part of a group of new recruits, get trained together to quickly get up to speed, and get into your new role. You will learn how we do things here at IKEA as well as gain in-depth knowledge of the company and our digital engineering practices. The program will give you the grounding to develop in your role and future career at IKEA. Beyond the support from the Accelerator Program, you will belong to a product team from day one and your time will be divided between engineering work in your team and attending program activities. You will be trained in programming languages and skills relevant to execute your tasks in the role.

Through innovation and exploration, you will have an opportunity to drive development, implementation, and operations of digital platforms enabling our engineering domains globally. Systems Engineering is a key role to drive innovation and co-creation throughout Ingka Digital enabling business domains and co-workers. You will be part of agile system teams collaborating closely together with the business domains and have a global impact. We will give you the tools to become an innovator and hands-on contributor, finding solutions to questions regarding designing, building, testing, and maintaining digital products.
