Accounts Assistant with Swedish

Job Specification:
An Account Analyst is in contact to the client and customers of the client and is responsible for underwriting, billing validation (monthly control), administrative changes (on existing policies), questions and complaints.

Responsibilities:
- Verifying exhaustivity and compliance of underwriting application form
- Entering underwriting application in the Creditor system
- Sending incomplete forms to the finance company requesting additional information
- Translating, scanning and transmitting Underwriting application form and Medical form to the Hub
- Managing additional medical examination requests
- Receiving monthly transfer amount for each country from the Hub
- Receiving transfer file from the finance company/Requesting missing transfer file from the finance company
- Comparing amount sent by the Hub to the transfer file total; Notifying the Hub of the consistency/inconsistency between totals
- Receiving administrative changes requests from the client by mail
- Verifying exhaustivity and compliance of the request
- Analyzing transfer file for changes
- Updating data in Creditor
- Storing request and additional documents before sending them for archival on a monthly basis
- Answering questions or complaints according to the scripts provided by Client

Requirements:
- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues - strong analytical skills
- Strong and professional oral and written communication skills (internal & external)
- Responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail
- Preciseness, self-reliance
- Persuasiveness, patience
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to learn fast - skilful in using new systems
- Working knowledge of MS systems (Word, Excel)
- Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
