Ever stumbled upon a personality test in a recruitment process? Alva Labs is a SaaS scale-up that offers a unique candidate assessment platform. We help companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place, in a fair, accurate and automated way. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, we provide the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets.

Why is this role important to us
We believe in our product and truly believe it will make a difference for our clients. At this point, it looks like our clients agree. We are a B2B SaaS-company that sells to a fairly complex and diverse group of stakeholders. It is key that we have amazing Account Executives that will help our clients dare to take the leap into the next generation of digitalization of hiring. Therefore we see the Account Executive role as strongly strategic and a key player for our future growth when building the next Unicorn.

What will you do
The Account Executive is a quota-carrying role and your primary responsibility will be to run, develop and close sales opportunities that are qualified by the Sales Development team.

You will be part of a tight-working team and work closely together with our Head of Sales to build and scale the sales team. We are currently expanding to new markets and need people that, at some point, can own those markets. Prove your capacity and not even the sky is the limit.

A little more about the role, and what’s expected

- Quota carrying with clear goals and milestones.
- You will be driving clients through the sales funnel, from qualified prospects/ meetings booked by our SDRs to signed deals
- Over time, we expect you to grow and expand into a senior role within sales.
- Spread Alva to new international markets
- We are constantly growing and improving, we need to own your targets and help iterate on our ways of working


Who are you
- You are a proven top performer with an impressive track record in sales
- You have a strong winner’s mentality, you only settle for crushing targets
- You exhibit a strong “can-do” attitude / Motivated self-starter
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales
- You can convert pretty much anything into a deal
- You are assertive and a strong communicator, pretty much, you know how to set the scene and drive a successful meeting
- You know how to package complexity in a simple format to ease decision making for stakeholders
- Honestly, you know how to seal a deal and have fun doing it


What have you done before
We have really high standards and are searching for that person that will dazzle us. What makes you great, however, isn’t necessarily a long experience. However, Experience from B2B sales and/or SaaS will likely give you a head-start once you join. If you have worked with HR/ recruitment / Psychometric testing before, great. If you haven’t, no worries. There is plenty of expertise in-house. We believe that great people will find a way, regardless of previous experience.

We are currently a team of 35 happy campers, based in central Stockholm with a collective and extensive experience of building tech companies, Psychology, Psychometrics, Data Science, Engineering and Product Design.
