BRIEF INTRO
Our client is a London based multi-media, multi-market, multi-language global marketing and communications business.
As a Swedish speaking Account Executive, your role is to assist the team in the implementation of multi-language marketing communications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Manage client relationships - building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
-Ensuring document validations are completed on time and providing assistance as required.
-Liaise with translators to place translation work, raise purchase orders and manage timely translation returns.
-Liaise with proofreaders and editors to help proof-check, proofreading and ensuring best possible quality of translations.
-Incorporate changes requested by clients and update glossaries or preferred terms listed on an ongoing basis.
-Work with in-house studio or within the team to pass translated work into typesetting.
EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
-Some experience of marketing communications planning, translations, production, print & distribution processes.
-Experience of managing own workload within a team environment and delivering to high standards.
-Need to have experience of trafficking work flows between different areas of the business.
-Some experience dealing with a Studio / Design Team.
-Ideally 2 + years experience in Account handling / co-ordination, possibly within an agency (PR / Design / Advertising or other type of creative agency).
-Business fluency in Swedish and English (spoken/written)
