Cliqer is a lead generation marketing company in 30+ markets with a strong focus on LTV and compliance. We work towards simplifying how affiliates work on a global scale by using our customized CMS/DPX which was developed and launched in 2020. We are a fast growing team with a high performance. The role of an account manager means you will have daily contact with our providers and affiliation programs - our source of revenue. The information you gather and the deals you make are essential for the rest of the team. We would also love it if you would have an entrepreneurial flair and want to join a fast growing company which has already had some initial success and put those first few critical start-up years behind them.
In this role, you will have responsibility to manage our partners expectations of us, deliver good business deals with new and existing partners, relay important information between us and our partners among other things.
We expect you to take initiative in your work.

Tasks
The job would mainly consist of tasks of the following nature:
Identify new opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits (Improve current + new deals)
Understand the compliance for each partner
Initiate/collaborate on good marketing strategies for partners
Track your progress and our KPIs (Prepare reports on account status)
Answering any of our partners queries

The wider team is young and creative, we speak both English and Swedish in our meetings (depending on who's in the meeting), but for your role it is essential that you are fluent in at least English.

Experience and background
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Excellent communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing reports. Account Managers also answer our partners queries and identify new business opportunities among existing partners. In this role, you will liaise with our SEO team to improve the entire partner + customer experience.
