We are currently strengthening our sales efforts with an International Account Manager Roles & Responsibilities: - Assume primary responsibility for direct sales and partner relationships. - Assist in developing the company's sales and marketing plan and strategy including new market assessment, development opportunities, product positioning, and pricing. - Conduct market research studies including competitor analysis, market needs, market trends and related activities and making strategic recommendations. - Participate in sales and marketing budgeting and forecasts. - Develop market branding and recognition for Reachin's name, products and solutions. - Maintain existing, and establish new, customer relationships with emphasis on key accounts and partners. - Conduct technical sales training for indirect channels and partners. - Execute sales and marketing strategies, including preparation of sales aids, sales and marketing material as well as trade shows. - Deliver high quality, solution-based sales and marketing presentations to customers. - Oversee daily management of the Reachin web site. Qualifications: - Proven creative and innovative technical marketing and sales track record; minimum of 5 years industrial and academic work experience. - Solid sales experience pertinent to computer software - MBA or equivalent experience desirable. - Track record of negotiating and closing software based solutions. - Attention to detail and proven ability to see tasks through to completion. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Excellent ability to interact with customers, partners as well as in-house technical staff. - Flexible and accustomed to high pace working environment. - Fluent in Swedish and business English. - Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis. - Drivers license.
