Account Manager

Volvo Logistics Olofström has about 50 employees and operates both internal material handling and external transports, especially rail solutions. The AM position will report directly to the Site manager of Volvo Logistics Olofström. The position will also be a part of Volvo Logistics Inbound Global Business Development which is the common interface between Volvo Logistics Inbound and our customers. Key responsibilities: To be the common interface with the customer To drive,engineer and facilitate running business and improvements connected to the customer needs in Olofström and nearby locations , especially rail solutions Work close together with the Global Business and Logistic Development Inbound, Emballage operation Lead, participate and support in strategic, tactical and operational customer meetings Define Customer needs Support operational issues when needed, especially train deviation handling Responsible for the 20f container pool Qualifications and experience: University degree in Logistics or equivalent Experience from an international business and working with Business Development Experience from working with/within Volvo is a merit Good leadership capabilities. Working as an OD-leader/ coach is considered as a merit Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written. High computer skills Knowledge, skills and abilities: Communication and interpersonal skills - an extrovert personality with a professional attitude. Positive and proactive Customer focused, motivated and determined to reach agreed objectives Good leadership capabilities.
