About the role

This role will support the B2B and Business Development team in creating top-tier partnerships contributing to overall business objectives. In this role, you will identify, manage and support initiatives that drive revenue growth, subscriber growth and long term business value. The position requires excellent communication, analytical, people and project management skills. Lifesum is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will be part of an international team working out of the US, UK and Sweden.

Responsibilities and what you will do

- Ensure B2B partnerships are set up to be a success from a process and service POV: that we deliver against what is in the contract and business case, marketing materials / resources, user flow through to tracking, through to finance for partners 'under contract’ as well as ‘in process’
- Commercial support for external BDR teams and consultants e.g. sales collateral, product info, PR and marketing materials to support in market
- B2B marketing support e.g. website updates, social, PR, webinars, partner events B2B product development e.g. v2 of LSFW dashboard, v2 of LSI reporting, research & validation project, web product
- Analyze partner and client results and constantly iterate to improve
- Ensure partners and clients are invoiced accurately each month according to contract
- Create specifications and communicate with internal stakeholders including designers, developers and product managers
- Support Business Development team with day to day tasks e.g. creating presentations, attending meetings, helping out with administrative responsibilities tasks as needed
- Role requires working across multiple time zones

- Self starter with a customer oriented, results driven approach
- Proven track record of managing and implementing successful projects in fast-paced technology organizations
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners and customers to help identify and create new opportunities for the company
- Exceptional at packaging information (decks, emails, fluent in Keynote/Powerpoint/Slides)
- Strong presentation skills (presentations, meetings, calls)
- Analytical (results analysis, fluent in Excel/Sheets)
- Exceptional communication (distinct, well articulated, fluent in English, honest)
- Accountability - ability to own your projects and outcomes
