Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in future technology?

Three Sweden accelerates development of the Internet of Things and now offers you the chance to work in one of today’s most interesting technology sectors. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate that is eager to take IoT to the market.

 

This is a new, key position reporting to Head of Sales B2B. Working at our new headquarters in Stockholm you will be in close cooperation with Product Management & Business Development IoT and drive the growth of our IoT business. You will win new customers, explore new market segments and expand business with existing B2B customers.

IoT opens new markets where we sometimes will develop businesses together with our customers. To be successful, you will have to understand customer needs and business potential, do relevant market analysis and keep yourself up to date on new technology that comes from within our own organization and from potential customers.

You will be key in driving our business with customers, partners and suppliers while cooperating with product management – locally in Sweden as well as internationally with other Three operators. Often, you will engage with company executives and it is therefore vital that you have an ability to understand a customer’s business challenges and experience of driving long-term sales processes.

 

Your responsibilities

• Help shape and execute a sales strategy and sales plan for IoT to win new customers and develop existing customer relations
• Build up your customer pipeline, sales budgets and deliver ongoing growth of connections and revenue
• Manage the entire sales life cycle by identifying, qualifying, proposing, winning and implementing IoT opportunities
• Develop a good understanding of customer needs, products and vertical markets
• Meet customers and prospects jointly with our B2B Account Managers and our Business Development Manager Europe to follow up on deliverables and to explore new growth opportunities
• Participate in relevant sales forums and share customer cases, pricing strategies etc
• Initiate and drive go-to-market activities for IoT in collaboration with Product Management IoT


 

Your personality

• Hunter type personality with a positive attitude, winning spirit and capability to motivate others
• Self-starter with a natural flair for cold canvassing
• Boardroom presence and presentation skills
• Tech savvy and able to grasp complex concepts around customers businesses
• Ability to focus on the customer’s challenges/problems and address the issue by offering an appropriate solution, rather than just promoting an existing product


 

Your experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales and/or business development experience with proven sales track record.
• You have gained experience from creating new business models, business units, and/or verticals.
• Experience selling complex business solutions and/or working in long sales cycles with many shareholders involved is meritorious.
• Applicant must be fluent in English and Swedish, verbally and written.
