Essential Responsibilities :
Your key responsibility is to drive Life Care Solutions sales from lead generation to successful deal closure within your respected accounts. You are expected to differentiate GE’s offerings; qualify/understand customer needs; convey compelling value propositions; develop and present solutions proposals and respond to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions to successfully close sales
Reach orders and sales target for your assigned accounts
Develop long term customer relationships and aim at high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing resources in the team
Track market effectively and provide accurate forecasts using information and tools available
Provide pre-sale product demonstrations and post-sale installation support, training and customer support/service through equipment lifecycle
Prepare and co-ordinate tender documentation in collaboration with the team
Represent the company and solutions at relevant medical/technical exhibitions and congresses

Role Summary/Purpose :
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Life Care Solutions Sales team in Sweden. In this role, you are responsible for creating and managing sales opportunities within Diagnostic Cardiology, Monitoring solutions (incl. connectivity) and Anesthesia ventilation in Southern Sweden. You will be the sales expert for your products, with applicable technical or clinical background and with solution-based sales approach.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Applicable Bachelor’s Degree in clinical, technical or relevant field
Experience of sales/account management in healthcare technology industry
Strong solution selling, negotiating and communication skills
Fluent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
Ability to travel in Sweden and valid driver’s license
EU work permit.

Experience and "know how" of the Life Care Solutions business areas
Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms
Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)
