Key responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and execute on a territory plan to support achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets. Develop strategies and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, as well as handle and close sales leads generated by other colleagues in Marketing and Technical Support.
Participate in sales, product and systems training, marketing campaigns, special projects as presented by the company to develop appropriate selling skills consistent with company philosophy, policies, and procedures.
Host and represent the company at trade shows within assigned accounts or relevant associations.
Utilize data sources to analyses and capitalize on territory opportunities with the greatest return of investment. Communicate key competitor activities, trends and changing customer plans and priorities.
Provide written and verbal communication of successes, failures, standard methodologies, to improve the overall operating efficiency of the territory, team, and sales organization.
Coordinate and prepare quotations/bids within company guidelines as needed to maintain and increase revenues with support from Leadership and/or Marketing, while handling pricing within territory to control profitability.
Maintain and increase current customer database through Company customer relation’s management software (Sales Force CRM)
Accurately forecast revenues.

Experience/Qualifications/Qualities:
BSc within Life Science with laboratory work experience strongly preferred
Validated sales track record in similar industry is highly advantageous.
Strong capabilities to interact optimally with partners at all levels within an organization
Ability to function optimally in a high-performance team, demonstrating positive demeanour and desire to succeed
Ability to work with a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment, managing time effectively to prioritize tasks and requests daily
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Proficiency in Danish or Swedish
Fluency in English
Holding a Danish or Swedish driving License (B)



Where you will work:
Aligned to the nature of the role, you will reside within or very close to the assigned territory and can anticipate 3-4 days/week on average of customer facing activities. When not interacting with customers, you will be based remotely from your home.
The primary functional objective of the position is for direct face to face contact with customers, to initiate and develop relationships, which will ultimately generate sales. As a temporary exception during the pandemic, we use a variety of digital tools and remote methods of customer interactions.
